In a box less than half the size of a desktop PC, each NetLinker contains a router, an email server, a firewall, and a remote access server. He also emphasizes the security benefits of NetLinker. If a company buys components from an assortment of vendors, then doesn't implement or misconfigures its firewall, it's left wide open to attack and/or theft. Because NetLinker has a built-in firewall, and because NetLinker sits outside the customer's existing LAN, security risks are minimized.
